Milan is a Managing Partner at the firm with nearly 27 years of experience in Audit & Assurance services. He had All India Rank in both the Intermediate and Final CA Exams, i.e. 38 th and 36 th respectively.

Milan’s extensive knowledge and experience in Accounting Standards & Corporate Laws have been strong pillars for elevating the firm’s service capabilities. He has been a strong source of inspiration for young professionals within the organization.
He has been Technical Reviewer of Annual Reports for ICAI awards on ‘Excellence in Financial Reporting’ for 4 consecutive years (15-16, 16-17, 17-18 and 19-20) and for the year 20-21.
Milan has delivered close to 50 technical sessions on various topics at WIRC, CPE Study Circle, BCAS, CTC. The presentations were on areas related to Company Law, Internal Audit, Auditing Standards, Accounting Standards, CSR, Due Diligence,etc.
Milan has authored various articles published in newspapers, online portals and professional journals published by BCAS, CTC and ICAI on various technical topics (majority of which are pertaining to audit and auditor). He has also contributed for the annual WIRC reference manual for over three years now.
Held committee member positions at BCAS, WIRC and CTC and is presently a member of Accounting and Auditing Committee at Chamber of Tax Consultants.
He is a co-author to the publication by Taxmann and CTC – Comprehensive Guide on CARO, 2020.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Mumbai University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997.
