Job Description

• Screening, sourcing, analyzing & performing initial due diligence of private companies for fund raising, strategic buyouts, private equity
• Preparation of Financial Projections, Management Presentations, Investment Memorandum and Investment Proposals for investors, Private Equity Funds
• Finalizing/ vetting of Non-Disclosure Agreements - Finalizing/ vetting of Term Sheet and performing final due diligence
• Finalizing/ vetting of Share Purchase/ Subscription Agreements and Shareholders Agreements including direct negotiation and mediation between promoters and investors
• Company and market research including company screening and summarizing new events in industry
