Ashok is a partner of the firm and has a strong legal and tax background with over 30 years of experience. He heads the Firm’s tax advisory and compliance practice. He specializes in:

Ashok has advised significant number of private equity funds, domestic and multinational corporations in areas ranging from designing efficient operating and tax structures, corporate reorganizations, M&A etc. He has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters.

Ashok has addressed various forums on diverse topics on domestic and international taxation. He is associated with various not-for-profit organizations.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce as also Law from the Mumbai University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1977.
