Jayendra is also the Director of Trans-continental Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd., a boutique investment bank focused on special situations and private equity investments in mid-sized companies in India.

Jayendra has an extensive strategic knowledge and operational experience that enable organizations in achieving their potential. He has an established track record of delivering value to clients and driving growth. He serves as advisor and independent Director on the Boards of various companies including State Trading Corporation of India Limited, Lokmat Media Limited.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts (Economics) from the Mumbai University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981.
