Job Profile

• Advise companies on inbound and outbound investment strategies
• Assist in financial and strategic planning, and restructuring of companies
• Handhold the clients throughout the transaction until implementation
• Assist in documentation and reviewing the same from commercial, tax, and regulatory perspectives
• Prepare and/or analyze cash flow forecasts and business plans
